Nutria meat is a lean, clean, eco-sustainable source of high grade protein. Unlike commercially farmed proteins, beef, lamb, and fowl, wild nutria are not given antibiotics or growth hormones, consume naturally occurring vegetation, and have a far smaller carbon foot print.
